What Scheduled Help does
Scheduled Help is operated by Pad19 Labs, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. Scheduled Help helps people create public, shareable scheduling pages so friends, family, neighbors, and other helpers can sign up for meals, rides, visits, errands, and similar support. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, optional phone number, profile settings, login-code records, and session information. Scheduled Help uses one-time login codes instead of account passwords.
We collect schedule information such as the page title, public slug, dates, timezone, notes, task titles, task types, helper names, and signup details you add to a schedule. Helper signup records may include a helper name, device-specific helper token, signup status, and any contact information or note fields we make available in the product.
We may also collect payment-related information through Stripe if you choose to chip in. We do not store full payment card numbers on Scheduled Help servers. We collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, log data, cookies, and similar information needed to keep the service secure and working.
We use first-party analytics to understand how public marketing pages and selected interface elements are used. This may include page views, page paths, referrer host, campaign parameters, outbound link host, approximate country, broad device or browser class, page duration, and named interaction counters such as impressions, hovers, and clicks. Our marketing analytics are cookie-free and do not store raw IP addresses, raw user agents, full referrer URLs, or persistent cross-day visitor identifiers.
If text-message login is enabled, we process phone numbers and login-code delivery information through Twilio or another SMS provider. Email login codes and service messages are delivered through Postmark or another email provider.
Scheduled Help does not require medical information, addresses, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information. If you choose to put sensitive details on a schedule page, those details may be visible to anyone who has the link.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, display and manage scheduling pages, process signups, send service messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, process optional payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing emails.
How information is shared
Scheduling pages are public and designed to be shared by link. People with access to a schedule link may be able to see the page title, the account holder's name, dates, notes, open slots, filled slots, helper names, and other details added to that page.
Calendar feed links may include schedule names, slot titles, times, notes, and helper names. Calendar apps and anyone who receives a calendar feed link may be able to view or cache those details.
We share information with service providers that help us run Scheduled Help, including DigitalOcean and Laravel Forge for hosting and server management, Postmark for email delivery, Twilio for SMS delivery if enabled, and Stripe for payment processing. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, and helper signup tracking. Helper cookies let a visitor come back on the same device to recognize and manage their own signups. Login sessions and helper signup cookies may last up to 180 days. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not work properly without them.
The first-party marketing analytics described above do not use cookies, but disabling cookies may prevent login sessions and helper signup management from working correctly.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Account holders can archive schedules and permanently delete archived schedules where the product provides that option. Account deletion removes the account and its owned resources from the active service, though backups, logs, payment records, and security records may remain for a limited period where needed for operations, security, legal, tax, or compliance reasons.
Expired login-code records, old sessions, logs, and backups may be deleted or de-identified on schedules we set for operational and security needs. You may ask us to delete your account or certain information by contacting support@pad19labs.com.
Your choices
You can update account information from your account settings where available. Helpers who want a name removed from a schedule should usually contact the person who created that schedule. You can also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@pad19labs.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
We do not sell personal information, use personal information for targeted advertising, or profile users in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Scheduled Help, you may also have rights to confirm processing, receive a portable copy of your information, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a privacy-request decision by replying to our response.
Children
Scheduled Help account creation is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact privacy@pad19labs.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information, login-code records, payment-related records, and service operations. Schedule pages are public by design, so please use care when deciding what to include on a scheduling page.
International users
Scheduled Help is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated policy on Scheduled Help or sending a service notice.
