Terms of Service

Last updated May 12, 2026. Questions about this page can be sent to support@pad19labs.com.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scheduled Help at https://scheduled.help and related services. Scheduled Help is operated by Pad19 Labs, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. By using Scheduled Help, you agree to these terms. If you use Scheduled Help for an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

The service

Scheduled Help lets users create scheduling pages for practical support such as meals, rides, visits, errands, childcare help, and similar needs. Helpers may use shared links to view available slots and sign up. Scheduled Help is a coordination tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial, transportation, childcare, or professional care services.

Accounts and security

You may create an account only if you are old enough and otherwise able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. Scheduled Help account creation is not directed to children. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify support@pad19labs.com if you believe your account or a scheduling page has been accessed without permission.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the content you add to Scheduled Help. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise operate the service using that content. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to share names, notes, photos, or other information you add.

Do not use Scheduled Help to post unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Do not upload sensitive medical records, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other information that is not needed to coordinate help.

Schedule pages are public and shareable by link. Anyone with a schedule link may be able to view the information on that page, including helper names and signup details. Do not add information to a schedule page unless you are comfortable with people who have the link seeing it.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, send spam, impersonate others, reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law, or use Scheduled Help in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Payments

Scheduled Help may offer free use and optional paid ways to chip in. All core scheduling features remain available whether or not you chip in. Prices and payment terms are shown at checkout or in the product. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's services agreement and privacy policy may also apply. Refunds are handled case by case by contacting support@pad19labs.com.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Scheduled Help at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

You may stop using Scheduled Help at any time, and account holders may delete schedules where the product provides that option. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used Scheduled Help unlawfully. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Scheduled Help is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not control helpers, recipients, or any services, goods, rides, visits, meals, or care arranged through a scheduling page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scheduled Help and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill, or service interruption. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Scheduled Help in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scheduled Help and its owners, operators, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of rights or laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting updated terms on scheduled.help or sending a service notice. Your continued use of Scheduled Help after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
